I'm Robert Richards, and I started PSN General Contracting here in Plano because I got tired of watching property owners get stuck in the gap between two contractors. I grew up in the DFW area and spent years on both sides of this work, pulling water out of flooded homes and framing the rooms that replaced what the damage destroyed.
What I kept seeing was the same story: one company handled the emergency, a different one handled the rebuild, and nobody owned the whole thing. Insurance paperwork fell through the cracks. Timelines slipped. The homeowner was left in the middle, re-explaining their loss to a stranger. I built PSN so that never has to happen to the people we work for.
